Five...

So the year is now five moths old.........and I'm still working on my January to do list!

Winter is just a couple of days away and advertisers are already talking about the festive season - seriously where did it all go?

Somewhere where time doesn't seem to be an issue is Fiji where the flexible approach to punctuality is simply explained as "Fiji Time". We were lucky enough to spend a week there this month, a week in the warmth full of activities including a day with PJ's sailing adventures, evening dance shows, a local school visit, lots and lots off swimming... all topped off with a family parasail on the morning of our departure.

Now to go and get those winter clothes out.............

Coolart yesterday turned to a sea of pink for the its first hosting of a regional Mothers Day Classic, events that are held to raise much needed funds for support and research into Breast Cancer.

We were there with friends to celebrate the event and to pay tribute to those suffering and to those who have lost their lives to the disease. Those participating exceeded the organisers expectations, a fabulous turnout on a morning where the weather looked to turn unkind at any minute.

I'll see there next year......
